Peter graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies. He received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law. Peter concentrates on litigation matters as well as the areas of trademarks, copyrights, software protection and intellectual property portfolio management. He has successfully represented clients in federal and state court, before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and in arbitrations. Peter is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court, District of Minnesota.
