Peter G. Nikolai graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies. He received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude , from the William Mitchell College of Law. Among his recent achievements, Peter has co-authored “Application of Personal Jurisdiction Principals to Electronic Commerce: A User’s Guide” 27 Wm. Mitchell L. Rev. 1571 (2001). Peter concentrates on litigation matters as well as the areas of trademarks, copyrights, protection of software, and intellectual property portfolio management. Peter is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court, District of Minnesota. He is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association.
